Sina Hafezi (/ˈsee.na.haa.fez.ee/), aka SINASOUND (/ˈsaɪna.saʊnd/), is an Iranian-British independent artist holding over 15 years of experience in producing music, writing English lyric and short Persian poems as well as playing the piano and drums. He started playing the piano when he was only seven. His passion in music started with Michael Jackson and Yanni, two of his main inspirational artists. Over years he was inspired by more artists from both east and west. As a producer and songwriter, Sina releases multi-genre multi-singer songs featuring guest vocalists. He is also actively in search of young talented male and female singers for collaboration in his tracks.

Sina has also been passionate about sound in science and engineering, for which he holds a PhD from Imperial College London in Acoustic Signal Processing for 3D/Spatial Audio. His experiences include working on projects at Imperial College London and Silixa as well as collaborative project sponsored by Meta (Facebook) Reality Labs. Sina’s track record of R&D includes over twenty publications in various journals & conferences, patents, co-establishment of a spin-out audio-tech company as well as multiple awards, funding and medal of Physics Olympiad. He has also been the recipient of 'global/exceptional talent' endorsement by the Royal Academy of Engineering. More Info
In 2023, he founded his own startup, Circumix, specialised in Audio Tech for Augmented and Virtual Reality (XR) and also works as a part-time consultant in acoustic signal processing.
Life outside Music

Sina’s life and profession is mainly dedicated to his activities on music production and audio-tech research & development. In his free time he enjoys other hobbies such as travelling, fitness, photography, outdoor socialising, intellectual topics & debates, astronomy, dogs, cardistry, graphic design and digitial artworks.
